10-26: Wolf Attack
Liss and I did our usual walk in the woods. We've done this path before, but never as far as we took it. (We actually finished the yellow path, took a bit of cream, transferred to orange, which led to green, where we found the most gorgeous expanse of open land with pond.) We headed back and were just starting on the cream path when we saw THIS walking towards us. I got the picture, but he was hustling at us. We turned and walked quickly (but not too quickly!) away and had to decide what to do. We didn't know where we were, in relation to the parking lot or streets, and had to decide to brave the path, follow the road, or ask the workers. We asked the workers, chose the path, and managed a 9 minute mile back to the car. *g*
